This summer we have decided to grill more often and have new BBQ grills Recipes to try. Corona gives us the time for it. We are slowly venturing back to travel. But there are fewer than we are used to. So we take the opportunity to try out new recipes. When the sun is shining, do this while grilling on the terrace or at one Picnic in the green and even on that campfire Fun. These two recipes, which feature peanuts and salmon, are also good for grilling Motorhome tours. Salmon has been ours since then Travel through Canada regularly on our menu. Salmon in peanut crust - BBQ grill recipe with dip

The first of the BBQ grill recipes we want to test is salmon in peanut crust on a crispy salad. That sounds refreshing and easy to do at the same time. For grilling at a picnic, you can prepare the salad at home and take it with you in a container. The salmon are also placed in the marinade at home. Then you only need him on the picnic picnic grill to lay and fry. This dish is also quickly prepared in the mobile home kitchen.

Ingredients for this BBQ Grill Recipe (serves 4):

  • 40 ml soy sauce
  • 30 g liquid honey
  • 6 EL oil
  • 4 salmon fillets with skin
  • 1/2 red cabbage
  • 400 g carrots
  • 1 organic orange
  • 5 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 60 g peanuts, roasted and without salt
  • 1 bunch of arugula

Preparation of this BBQ Grill recipe:

Mix the soy sauce, honey and 2 tablespoons of oil. Brush salmon fillets with a little marinade and chill for 15 minutes. For a picnic in the country, the salmon fillets are wrapped in cling film and are best cooled in one mobile cool box for the car *until you put them on the grill.

Clean, wash and cut the red cabbage into fine strips. Place in a bowl and knead thoroughly. Peel the carrots and grate them roughly. Wash the orange hot, pat dry and rub the peel. Then cut in half and press out. Mix the red cabbage strips, grated carrots, grated orange peel and juice, vinegar and 4 tablespoons of oil. Season with salt and pepper, chill.

Chop peanuts finely and stir into the remaining marinade. Put the salmon fillets in a grill bowl. Drizzle with the peanut marinade and cover and grill on the hot grill for about eight minutes. Clean the arugula, wash, shake dry and fold under the red cabbage salad. Arrange the salad and salmon on plates.
