  • 40 ml soy sauce
  • 30 g liquid honey

  • 1 organic orange
  • 5 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 60 g peanuts, roasted and without salt
  • 1 bunch of arugula

 

Preparation of this BBQ Grill recipe:

Mix soy sauce, honey and 2 tablespoons oil. Brush salmon fillets with a little marinade and chill for 15 minutes. For a picnic in the countryside, wrap the salmon fillets in cling film and cool them in a mobile device Cool box for the caruntil you put them on the grill.

The second grill recipe is even simpler and is also perfect for grilling outdoors or on a motorhome tour. Peanuts are perfect for making dips. This peanut dip goes well with grilled salmon

Ingredients for this BBQ Grill Recipe (serves 4):

  • 1 onion
  • two gloves of garlic
  • 1 EL peanut oil
  • 150 g ültje peanuts, roasted and salted
  • 2 tbsp crunchy peanut cream
  • 300 ml of coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • a few drops of rice vinegar
  • 1 TL Sambal Oelek

Preparation of this BBQ Grill recipe:

Peel the onion and garlic and dice finely. Fry in heated peanut oil in a pot for 2-3 minutes. Chop peanuts.

Add peanuts and peanut cream and deglaze with coconut milk. Season with remaining ingredients and cook for 2-3 minutes. Mix the sauce until creamy with a hand blender, pour it into a bowl and then serve sprinkled with peanuts.

For one Picnic trip You simply prepare the dip and then transport it in a sealable jar. It is best to wrap the fish for the BBQ grill recipe in cling film and then take it with you in a cool box.
