Autumn trips we love to do. At the beginning of autumn it is often still so warm that we spend some evenings in beer gardens. Autumn temperatures are not so hot anymore, that you prefer to lie on the beach. Instead, we use every ray of sunshine to enjoy the golden days of October outdoors. In the last years we were always in the fall on the way. We discovered many rewarding autumn destinations. Among them is maybe one or the other for you.

This year we discovered the possibilities for camping Waging am See in Chiemgau. Waginger See campsites can be found on the shores of the lake and on Tachinger See, which is only separated from the neighboring lake by a dam and a bridge.
Discover Bad Waldsee in Baden-Württemberg with its lake, the merchants' granary, the collegiate church of St. Peter and the princely castle of the von Waldburg-Wolfegg family. The Erwin Hymer Museum is also worth seeing.
Bad Neualbenreuth is about twenty minutes by car from Tirschenreuth, near the border with the Czech Republic. Quiet. Surrounded by an agricultural landscape and dense forests. In a cauldron over which “the Bohemian” blows all year round. The air is like champagne. It tingles.
These restaurants in Aachen are easily accessible from the museums in the city center, but also from the city hall. Therefore they are well suited for a visit to the old town of Aachen.
When camping at the Chiemsee you can enjoy the best in Bavaria. On one side is the lake. On the other you can see the Chiemgau Alps. Chiemsee campsites can be found all around the lake. Some are right on the lake, others a little off the beaten track. However, the lake is never far away.
