A balanced mixture of meat and vegetables is important to Chris. Accordingly, he puts together the ingredients for his Bolognese sauce.

Ingredients:

  • minced meat
  • Celery
  • zucchini
  • onions
  • carrots
  • leek
  • soy sauce
  • tomato sauce
  • tomato paste

Preparation of the Bolognese sauce:

Cut the celery, zucchini, onion, carrot and leek into small cubes. You cut the leek first. Only then do you wash it. This makes it cleaner.

Heat oil in a saucepan. When the oil is hot, fry the minced meat in it.

When the mince is fried, gradually add the vegetables.

Then you season the whole thing with salt, pepper, soy sauce, garlic powder, some vegetable broth and paprika powder.

After a few minutes, fill up the vegetable-mince mixture with tomato sauce and three tablespoons of tomato paste.

Now cook the bolognese sauce for at least 1 hour. 2 hours is ideal. Only then does the full taste unfold.

Then you serve the Bolognese sauce with pasta and some cheese.

If, contrary to expectations, some of the delicious Bolognese sauce is left over, you can use this delicious one the next day Potato Bolognese Casserole. make

TravelWorldOnline has been online since 2001. Their topics are trips to Savor, wine tourism worldwide and slow travel. This intensified her thirst for knowledge, which she satisfied for 6 years as an adventure guide for Rotel Tours and then for 11 years as a tour guide for Studiosus Reisen around the world. She was constantly expanding her travel regions, but curiosity still gnawed at her: "What's beyond the horizon? What else is there to discover in this city? Which people are interesting here? What do they eat in this region?" As a freelance travel journalist (her articles have appeared in DIE ZEIT, 360° Canada, 360° USA, etc.), she is now looking for answers to these questions as a travel writer and travel blogger in many countries around the world. Petar Fuchs produces the videos on this blog as well as on YouTube. Monika Fuchs from TravelWorldOnline is among Germany's top 50 bloggers in 2021.
