It's going to be real! As soon as we enter the Häckerwirtschaft of the Waigand winery in Erlenbach, the young winemaker Verena Waigand extends her hand in greeting, while one of her little sons looks at us curiously from her shoulder.
Wine experience is fun in Winzerkeller Sommerach! It offers its visitors many opportunities to enjoy, taste and experience the wine. We visited the wine cellar on our journey through the Franconian wine country and were impressed.
A visit to the Guinness Storehouse is a visit to the museum, which is all about the Irish dark ale. Spread over several floors are the showrooms of historical documents, beer vats, fermentation canisters and fun promotional ideas that the Guinness Brewery in Dublin has used throughout its history.

When the pear tree blossoms in the Mostviertel at the end of April, a weekend of pleasure in the Mostviertel is particularly beautiful. This is best from the end of April to mid-May. Then the pear trees bloom there. Their white tree tops shine everywhere in the meadows and in front of the woods.

We have a long tradition of eating goose. Even today it is part of Christmas like hardly any other meal. You can prepare it yourself. Or enjoy in the restaurant.
Texel is Holland in miniature. There is almost nothing to get from the mainland. Instead, the farmers from Texel deliver their products to the mainland. Sheep from Texel are world famous and are even valued in Australia.
The route of delights is in the border triangle of Franconia, Hesse and Baden-Württemberg. It is one of the youngest holiday routes in Germany. We were there and discovered something delightful for all the senses.
