  • four bananas
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • two eggs
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 100 ml of oil
  • 200 grams of couverture
  • 80 grams of walnuts
  • a packet of vanilla sugar
  • a packet of baking powder
  • two tablespoons of cinnamon
  • Salt

How to prepare juicy banana bread according to this recipe:

First you peel three out of four bananas. Cut them into cubes and then mash them with a fork to a pulp.

Then add vanilla sugar, sugar, oil and eggs to the bananas.

Then, in a small bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

Then gradually stir the flour mixture into the banana batter.

Roughly chop the walnuts and stir them into the batter as well.

Now chop 50 g each of white and black couverture and stir this into the dough as well.

Now you peel the fourth banana, peel it and cut it into slices.

Now distribute the banana slices for the banana bread recipe in the Omnia oven.

Then you put the banana dough in such a way that the banana slices stay in place.

Now place the Omnia oven on the gas stove. Bake the banana bread on full gas for 60 minutes. Then you bake the banana bread for XNUMX minutes at half the gas.
